Our Financial Advisors are dully registered in Financial Services Provider Register in New Zealand as per the regulatory requirements. CredSol Financial Services takes the regulatory environment very seriously and all of our staff are subject to the strict regulatory check and are responsible to take account the appropriate advice process for the clients.

The Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) is a searchable online register of the people, businesses, and organisations that offer financial services in New Zealand. Our registration can be access through https://fsp-register.companiesoffice.govt.nz/. Our FSP No is FSP743011

Registered Financial Services

We are registered financial adviser but not an authorised financial adviser. Only an authorised financial adviser may give advice on any of the following products: (1) A security, (2) Any estate or interest in land. (3) A futures contract: unless they are exempt from authorisation under section 17 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008. This FSP is registered to provide the following financial services, in wholesale and/or generic financial adviser services, financial adviser service and broking service.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Each of our Financial Adviser has NZ$3 million of Professional Indemnity (PI) cover with a maximum cover of NZ$2 million. This provides protection for customers from financial loss due to fraud, gross misrepresentation, gross negligence, etc.

Professional Indemnity Insurance provides legal protection to our clients in case we make mistake in our advice process.

Financial Services Complaints

We are a member of the Financial Services Complaints Limited which is one of the regulatory requirements as per Financial Services Act 2008 in New Zealand.

New Zealand laws require us to be part of an accredited dispute resolution scheme which provided a legal platform to any potential dispute to be addressed appropriately according to the legislation.

We are the member of Financial Advice New Zealand and actively involved with various finance industry experts so that we can provide our clients robust and value-added financial advisers services.
